Dr. Larry Q. Allen has served as Senior Pastor at the WWBC since April 2006. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was raised in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a graduate of Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, and Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. He has served as pastor of churches in Kentucky and Ohio and as an Associational Missionary in Northwest Ohio, and as the State Missions Director of the Baptist State Convention of Michigan prior to coming to the WWBC. Dr. Allen and his wife Mary are the parents of two grown daughters, Melissa Kiger of Warren, and Raychel Erdmanczyk of Winona, Minnesota. They also have two grandsons, Ike and Quilon Erdmanczyk. "My favorite T.V. shows are "24" and "Lost", my favorite fiction authors are Ted Dekker and John Grishom, my favorite type of food is Mexican, my favorite things to do are worship and preach. I also enjoy bicycling, golfing, and gardening."

Pastor John Ayers has served as Music/Dicipleship pastor at the WWBC since October 1989. A native of Flint, Michigan, he is a graduate of Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky, and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Loiusville, Kentucky. He has served part-time in churches in Michigan and Kentucky prior to coming the the WWBC. Pastor Ayers and his wife Cathy are the parents of two sons; Ben and Jacob.

Pastor Nardin is a native of Southeast Michigan. Mickey has been serving at WWBC since September 2009. He served as a senior pastor for a short time in Oklahoma and for many years Michigan. He and his wife Esther have three adult children and five grandchildren. He is a graduate of Northwest Missouri University, The University of Illinois, and Southwestern Baptisrt Theological Seminary. Esther too is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mickey enjoys sports of all kinds and fishing.
Elaine Hill has served as Student Ministry Leader at WWBC since March 2010. A native of Michigan, her education includes certifications in General Bible Studies and Sign Language from Birmingham Bible College. She recently earned her CDA from Ellis University in Special Education. Prior to coming to WWBC, she served with her husband, Dan, as Youth Ministers in Madison Heights, MI, was Christian Education Director and AWANA Commander for 12 years in Warren, MI. At WWBC, she serves as Bible Fellowship teacher of the youth, a member of the Worship Team, and church clerk. She has also served as the State Acteen Director of the Baptist State Convention of Michigan for 3 years. Elaine, and her husband Dan, are the parents of a grown son and daughter, Nathan and Lauren.
Bobby Kiger - Childrens Ministry Leader
Bobby joined the WWBC staff in March of 2010 as the Children’s Ministry Leader. A lifelong resident of
Michigan and member of WWBC, Bobby is a certified high school teacher. He received his bachelors from
Rochester
College in secondary mathematics and a minor in history. He has been working with the children of WWBC for over two years and is very excited to see what God is going to do here at WWBC. He has worked as a teacher in
Georgia and
Michigan as well as coaching tennis, football and basketball. Bobby is an absolute sports freak; he loves all of the
Detroit sports teams. He and his wife, Melissa, are expecting their first child in September of 2010.
